Jelly Roll Was Forced To End Tour Early Due To Illness
Jelly Roll just wrapped up his first tour of Australia and New Zealand, but it ended on a bad note.
Jelly was forced to cancel his final show because he was sick.
He was scheduled to play Auckland’s Outer Fields at Western Springs on Friday but posted on Instagram that he simply couldn’t power through.
“Dear Auckland, I’ve done everything I can . . . I just can’t shake it. It breaks my heart, I’ve probably missed three shows in the last decade. I pride myself on showing up no matter what. Just couldn’t do it this time. Please forgive me.”
It’s unlikely that Jelly will announce a makeup date anytime soon . . . because the show was in New Zealand. But hopefully Jelly can make it up to them at some point in the future.
