Jackson Dean’s Latest Single Is Relatable To Many

Jackson Dean’s latest hit song, “Heavens to Betsy,” tells the powerful story of a father who has passed away, attempting to reach his daughter via CB radio from the afterlife to repent for being a lousy father to her.

While the story is fictitious, Jackson has touched a nerve with a lot of people who can either relate to the plight of the father in the song, or understand how the daughter feels. And in some cases, hearing the song has helped bridge the gap of understanding a little.

“I’ve seen this song really touch both sides of the plate in the most beautiful ways. People that had a lot of pent-up feelings, you know, I’ve had a lot of people come to me and be like, ‘I see things a little bit differently.’ It’s heavy, man.”
